We do not endorse or sponsor any of these third parties, or the information, products or services they offer. In addition, none of us nor our affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products or services that these third parties may provide. As relating to us, the materials, information, products and services offered by these third parties is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose for information, product or services related to these third parties.
