No mothballs here!  This upscale children's consignment store a few short blocks from Whole Foods in Coral Gables is my secret source for wonderful bargains for both my kids.  Pre-loved is the way to go for name-brand clothing, gear and toys, and everything here is in tip-top shape (no rips, stains or “off-brands” allowed!).  Spending a few minutes in the racks (Newborn to Size 14) yielded a French designer cotton dress and a Ralph Lauren boy’s button down shirt—perfect for our upcoming family photos.  The reasonable $30 cost was offset by my consignment sale credit of outgrown baby toys.  I’ve found school uniforms, strollers and several extra car seats (including a Britax!).  Rebecca and Ceci have taken a 30 year old store and have given it a fresh new look, along with a huge selection of hair accessories made by local Miami moms.  Be sure to swing by during the first two weeks of the month when the prices on items older than 60 days are slashed by 50%.  Park your car on the diagonal in front of the store for free.  You can also park on the side streets at meters.  I recommend visiting anytime except right after school releases, when parking is tricky.  Check out their Facebook page to stay up-to-date on the latest must-have consignment goodies!
