Right after I got back from BlogHer, Hamilton Beach sent me one of there cool sandwich makers and I've been playing with it. Stay tuned for my review soon, but for now, check out this awesome sandwich I made!
I've had versions of this nutella grilled cheese on various occasions and I'm not going to lie, this sandwich is beyond rich. It's probably a little over the top, but that's okay as long as you only eat one.

Nutella Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
Butter
Nutella
Finely sliced gruyere cheese (trust me on this, it's very savory and thick slices won't melt enough
Two slices raisin bread
Preheat your pan or sandwich maker. While it's heating, trim the crusts off your raisin bread to form a 4" circle, setting aside the crusts for bread pudding (yes, I went there).
Spread butter on one side of each slice of raisin bread. On the opposite side of one slice, spread a generous amount of Nutella. Place butter side down on your pan and then top with your gruyere, then the other slice of bread, butter side up. Cook for about 5 minutes, 2 ½ minutes on each side until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted.
Let cool just a tiny tiny bit before devouring.

Pretty much anything with Nutella can't be bad. We have one of those Sandwich Makers, too, so I'll have to try this with it.
