I'm chugging along on the Pantry Challenge - day 2! It's our last full week of summer vacation before school starts, so I'm trying to come up with easy breakfast ideas. When the kids said they were hungry this morning, the YES was instant when I asked them if they wanted Nutella Banana Waffles.
I was able to use things that are always in my pantry, including the frozen Van's gluten-free waffles in my freezer. I actually have all of the things needed to make waffles from scratch, I need to head over to Amazon and order a waffle iron, so the frozen ones in my red toaster will have to do! The bonus is, using the toaster takes minutes.
Nutella Banana Waffles
This Nutella Banana Waffles recipe is as easy as quartering your frozen waffles after you've cooked them. spreading some Nutella on to, adding sliced bananas and then some whipped cream.
