Sharing holiday photos with YesVideo!

Raise your hand if you have shoeboxes of holiday photos stored in the top of a closet somewhere. Or a handful of those mini VHS tapes that need to be used with one of those weird adaptors.Or maybe you don’t have many photos at all, but the memories are still ingrained in your mind.

My own childhood memories are so sporadic I want to try and do things for my kids so they have a better experience. Advent calendars, elves, visiting Santa each year…

Except for our yearly visits with Santa, I don’t take nearly enough photos of my kids during the holidays, and definitely not enough video! That obviously needs to change! I can’t imagine a more fun gift for the grandparents than capturing images of Christmas for them to enjoy from afar.

Since they are far away (and I do not travel at Christmas time- yikes!) it would be so nice to find fun ways to share our memories and activities with them. Here are just a few of mine from over the years.

If your wondering what to do with that shoebox full of holiday photos and VHS tapes, consider YesVideo. YesVideo is a wonderful service that transfers media to DVDs. They offer video, VHS, film, slide scanning, photo scanning all to DVD and even HD video to Blu-ray! Customers can either mail their media directly to YesVideo or drop it off at four major retailers. Family movies, pictures, or slides transferred to DVD is a holiday gift they can enjoy all year long!

Getting started is easy, simply drop off your media at your local Walmart photo counter. To receive DVDs back by Christmas, it’s recommended you drop media off no later than December 3rd.
