Classes for kids from 6 weeks to 13 years of age! My Gym totally rocks with an extensive schedule of classes (with or without parent involvement) like Cardio Kids (ages 6+), Sports (ages 4+), and tons of fun, age-appropriate classes that encourage agility, motor skill development and balance. Several times a month, the three participating My Gym locations host Parent's Night Out. Drop off your kiddos for a fun night at My Gym while you and the rest of the grown-ups can have a relaxed dinner out, catch a movie or just have some time alone. Check out their seasonal/winter break camps and the Learn, Create, Explore (LCE) Art program (ages 2+). There's even classes that siblings can do together! Well-trained instructors lead the programs with singing, dancing and circle time. I made a bunch of mommy friends as our babies progressed from Little Bundles (newborn babies starting at 6 weeks of age) to Tiny Tykes. It was awesome to get out of the house and play with the kids in My Gym's brightly colored, air conditioned space. There's plenty of time for open play in the giant ball pit, climbing structures and trampoline. I have held 3 birthday parties at My Gym; the birthday children are made to feel very special and all the kids have a great time. Love the new bouncy house "add-on" for parties.
